Major refurbishment of five industrial units and one office block, including a complete re-wire, complete new raised access flooring to create a 400sqm office area, new carpet, decorations to all areas, roller shutter doors, jumbo stud walls including 1 hour fire rating and part B compliance. Brand new toilet block and shower area and disabled toilet. Fire doors. External decorations to all metal windows. Created and installed ramps to 3nr of the clients roller shutters doors.
